Enjoy the tour with official handheld devices, which can be borrowed from The Stables Information Point for a refundable \u00a310 deposit. Pleasure Gardens<\/strong>
The beautiful Victorian Pleasure Gardens can be found by following a secluded pathway to the side of the National Flower Show. The gardens date back to the early 1900s, with several period garden styles to explore. The two oak arbours draped with Wisteria create a stunning centre piece to this peaceful and tranquil area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

One World Garden<\/strong>
To enter the One World Garden you will pass through the Garden Pavilion which houses the start of a rill which meanders its way peacefully through the garden. See specimen plants such as Acer Katsura and Magnolia Grandiflora as well as planting schemes including Gunnera Manicata, Echinacea, Phlox and the recently established Cob Nut Walk. Take a look and see what else you can find.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Serpentine Lake<\/strong>
If you go for a wander around Hylands Estate Parkland, you’ll discover the Serpentine Lake. The lake was created as part of Humphry Repton\u2019s landscaping of the Hylands Estate shortly after 1800, and was made to look like a river. It has been recently restored after becoming overgrown with trees and vegetation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Parkland<\/strong>
Hylands Estate boasts 574 acres of parkland – perfect for picnics and long walks in the summer. Explore the greenery and then take a break in the natural shade under one of the many trees and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.<\/p>\n<\/div>
